1. Our Commitment
At Tweak Skin and Aesthetics, our priority is the safety and well-being of our clients. We operate under a culture of openness. The Duty of Candour is a legal obligation (under Regulation 20 of the Health and Social Care Act) that ensures we are honest with patients when an "unexpected or unintended incident" occurs.
2. Policies and Training
• Staff Training: All clinicians and administrative staff completed their annual Duty of Candour awareness training in May 2025.
• Policy Review: Our Incident Reporting Policy was reviewed in September 2025 to ensure it aligns with the latest statutory guidance.
• Culture: We maintain a "no-blame" culture where staff are encouraged to report "near misses" to prevent future harm.
